What Tool to Use?

Hi, I'm wondering if you guys can give me some information on what type of tool I need to use to punch circles with a indented ring around the hole? I have a 20 ton press and wonder if I can do what I want on it? I always liked the holes made in aircraft frames and want to incorporate them in my F100 build on interior panels. What tools do i need to use to do this? I have searched for a few hours on the web for dies with no success. Any help would be much appreciated.
