Does any one "make " Beauty trim rings..?

I have a need for 4-or 5 ........19.5 beauty rings for my 61 Truck ...

I can not find them I did find 22.5 but nobody I know will cut and weld together ..

Can it be done or do you know of anyone that can make me a custom set.. Rickson wheels makes (orders them?) them, But they are not sure when they will get a new shippment...Thanks DANiel
