Anybody know how to remove the fin trim end pieces on a 1957 Chevy as shown in the picture of the cars fin and the pictures of the removed fin pieces below. Please see the two photos Thanks Specs
remove the vertical stainless on the ends of the fin by going underneath the car and loosening the nuts. then use your fingers first and gently pull up on the top pieces and they should pop free... if they don't buy some plastic pry tools from harbor freight and gently pry them upward from either side being careful not to scratch your paint. (put a couple of layers of masking tape down next to the stainless for cheap insurance so you dont chip the paint)
oh yeah, remove your tail light housings too... crawl under the car with a flashlight to see how they are bolted on.
