changing 6v 50 12v how to ???

I was wondering how i would change my 1954 chevy 235 to 12 volt.
What do i all need to do and change.

Change your coil and your starter. You also need to change all lights and voltage reducer for guages.

I'm also doing a complete 12 volt conversion... Do I need a voltage reducer/drop for each accessory or is there one reducer that I can run all the accessories thru? Can anyone recommend a place to buy them... bear with me as I' learning!
