    Beautiful Chevy. Arched wheel wells are a nice touch! :cool:

  4. Very cool Merc. I have to wonder how much it costs to get the roof raised like that

    I think the car is a 1954, with original side SS moldings, the parking lights also look 54 with a custom made center section, im humble opinion.

    Thanks roddin-shack. This one is definitely a 54. My point was that on customized cars with the same basic body, (52-54 Fords in this case) I rely more on the tag than the features of the car itself since so much of it could have been switched during customization.

    Looks like 54 side trim.
    Grill throws me, but could it be a modified 55?

    Here is one of my all time favorite cars and after never getting a decent shot of it, I was very happy to get this one.

    Nah, it was at Stolley park in Grand Island Neb,it was the last show that i did with Vintage Wheels Car Club,the Merc was still running all stock running gear the last time i talked with George(2004),Man that flatty sounded so sweet with duals & old glass packs,thats the only picture that i have back then--all were lost to water damage.
    {the car was built in or around 1995-96}

    Every once in a while I do monochrome variations of some of them. Here is one of the Model A sedan above.
