Austin Tx trip

    Flying out to Austin Thursday for a wedding this weekend. Actually the wedding is in Jonestown @ the Villa. Be at the salt lick Fri. night. Maybe Ryan will show up and will have a drink? Any thing else I should try to take in while I'm there? Missed the Roundup this year.Definitely going to make it next year

    Looking at the list there are a lot of eateries to choose from. Have to pick a few to try. Austin Speed shop and TJJ headquarters sounds good. Need addresses for both. Thanks for the info

    Mercury Charlies is great too. Lots of great places to eat also.

    Yeah, definately stop at Mercury Charlies. Great shop and a great guy. Check out Wade while you're there and see the magic he works on trim.

    I was out there about a month ago and stopped into Austin Speed. Had a great time and met Rocco and the guys they were great.

    If you dont mind about a 30min drive South, check out Gruene,Tx, on the Guadalupe River. Just hit 35s and follow the signs. The Gristmill resturaunt is a huge old cotton gin, and the gruene hall always has live music on the weekends.

  14. Wow when I did this Ryan killed it. Had a Michigan thread going and didn't close it wiped it totally. Looks like if its Texas its okay.
