1963 Nova questions

I have a 63 Chevy II Nova - formerly a drag car now converting back to street.

Couple of questions:

1. I have a 383 Stroker externally balanced stock harmonic balancer that hits the rack and pinn when I put the engine in. I know I need a smaller one, but does anyone have good recommendations?

2. I have Fenderwell headers that interfere with the heater core. Does anyone have any recommendations to be used instead so I am able to use the heater box and or does anyone have something that will work for sale.
