Hello guys! My name is James, I'm starting two 1933 Plymouth projects and couldnt think of a better place for help and advice than the H.A.M.B! I've lurked about on here from time to time. A ton of combined knowledge on this board and I look forward to your help and criticism as I get into these. I work in North Dakota and came across two lil gems. A 33 PDX and a 33 PC. I was hoping to be able to build one car out of the two, but to my suprise, both are in workable shape. I'm gonna focus on the PC first, it needs the most work of the two. I've picked up a running 1959 315 Hemi out of an old Dodge to drop into it. I'm not afraid to admit that I'm new to a lot of the older engines so I'm sure I'm going to have alot of questions about this motor as I get into it. I'm no to stranger to forums and and how they work. I spent a lot of years in the off road community, building trucks, buggies, and met some great people. I'm hoping to do the same here. Cheers!
Welcome from New York. Great choice with the 33. I am currently working on a 33 Plymouth for a friend. You can search threads for "Uncle Ricks 33 Plymouth".
Welcome from South Dakota. I have been bitten by the Plymouth bug myself. Gathering parts for my 33 PD coupe. CJO13
Welcome from Fort Collins, Colorado! Make sure you head over to the Hemi Tech section here on the HAMB. Lots of good information there on the early hemi's.... http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=118764
