Hey Guys, I've been poking around the HAMB and other places looking to get myself a traditional custom and finally pulled the trigger.!!

Was looking for a 49-52 Shoebox or a 40 Merc but the Mercs were pricey and I want to drive and park my car everywhere and don't want to be too worried...hoping to put a lot of miles on it

Here are the details that I know

1950 Tudor chopped 3" in front and 4.5" in the rear.
    S-10 front frame graft.
350 chev powered with 4-speed auto
    10 bolt rear

Car was built by a fellow with last name Peterson around 2004 and how I found it was talking to a guy with a sweet 1941 Mercury also chopped by Peterson.

I'm going to get things like wipers working so I can safely get home (it rains up here) and track down some of the rattles and try to silence them.

Then hoping to do the whole airride thing on the suspension front and back just to make it more versatile and more drivable. I know it will cost a few $$$.

Anyway I love the H.AM.B. and have learned a lot here. I was a hot rodder in the old days (1969 Camaro SS396 and 1969 Nova and quite a few mid sixties boats) so this is me coming full circle and getting back into it.

I'll post pics of the car in my profile.

    Ken

Thanks guys. Roy you heading to Mission river park for the show today.? Could be a lot of cars there. Pretty close to you. I can't make it today (and don't have windshield wipers yet anyway).

Take a look at The full size Mr Norms car roll cage and project the frame rails. I don't know if Jay built the 70 Ramchargers Challenger. Jay was an employee of Logghe that opened his own shop.
