....well then, last Thursday morning it was up bright and early for a blast down from London down to the Eurotunnel for a 'short' wait for the ol' '54 to behave itself, then out the other side in Calais through France, Belgium, Holland, the rain, trucks and traffic to Oberhausen for a few beers in the evening. Friday midday (no not hung over, the show starts after lunch!) it's 20 minutes northbound to Schwarze Heide for 2 days of the finest cars, people, music and adventure. Extra points are awarded for people and cars that you may recognise in the pix, indeed, cars that you might used to have owned! Over all too quickly (like all good things), then a very quick blast back across Europe running on Aral Super 102 (available at your local Aral gas station) to freak out all the folks in normal cars in the Eurotunnel car park.... had loads of fun this weekend, didn't make any pictures myself, so thanks! a bit of a hangup with the guy who found it necessary to empty a powder extinguisher in the crowd at the gogetters-gig, but that was all.. must get my ride fixed for the next edition! cheers from Belgium!
