    Here's the deal,
    I am to the point in my build where I need to start to install my fuel lines. I have been told by a local vendor "we use 1/2" hard lines all the way" however my tanks (saddle tanks by TANKS, Inc) have 3/8 fittings for the pick up lines. Do I use an adapter from 3/8 to 1/2 or run 3/8 lines?
    Here is my build so far;
    30 Closed Cab P/U
    SBC w/ mechanical fuel pump
    700R4 trans
    TCI CHassis
    Saddle Tanks by Tanks, Inc.

    1/2 inch lines it's pretty big. I use 5/16" from my tank to my 265 Chevy engine. I would think 3/8 would be more then sufficient.

    3/8" is ample...1/2 inch is for race or very high performance street application
