Those pics BigRy posted are all in the Canon City and Florance Colorado Areas. The Hudson pickup and other rigs around it have been in that same spot for over 20 years that i know, the 58-59 big back window chevy pickup and 66-67 Chevelle belong to a old lady and she drives the chevelle still as a daily. That pontiac has been sitting on 9th street for around 3 years for sale he may want a bunch but possibly not Fremont county is hard to sell anything unless it is super cheap, most people in fremont County are cheap asses, i have lived here my whole life and gave up trying to sell anything in this county.

This guy I have been working on for years, he is a great guy,

But he wouldn't sell nothing for the first two years and I kept working on him.

Sense then I've gotten some great pieces and he has a lot more I wish I could share with you guys.

The roadster with 32 grill shell, he parked it there, ran and was licensed, he said, that's my retirement fund.

Not sure if pictures are viewable but there are over 200 old cars at this guys place and most have been there since the early 60's. This guy still has original titles for most of them. But he is so attached he just can't let them go. I have gotten 4 from him but it took many many hours and many many visits to get them. But he is a very knowledgable old timer that I really enjoy spending that time with. This Sunday I am going to get some parts and he asked me to pick out the ones I like because he just turned 80 and he needs to get some things figured out. I may be able to get the bulk of these moved to my place out in the country. Then it will be my "junk" yard.

That's why I can't bring my self to ask him what he wants for it!
I'm not sure what engine, but I guessing a banger. That's what he's working on in the garage in another car. Mike

What are the headers attached to that're sitting in front of the roadster? Scattered engine out of one of the sprinters, maybe? The roadster is sweet.

I hope to be making another trip out there soon, I though they were just lying there, but looking at the pics, you have me wondering. I'll check it out and try to get more pics. Mike

Love that 55 Buick Special. I been looking for a good "three-hole" buick for a while now... would trade both my rides for a running one!
