Hello all! I finally decided to jump in with both feet and build a front engine dragster. I made the 10hr drive to Grantville, PA to visit John Worm and Tony (didnt get last name) from Cen-Pen. They showed my dad and I alot of hospitality and look forward to working with them on my dream FED. About me - My dad and i have raced a back halfed 1967 Pontiac LeMans around mid Michigan for the past 10 years. THe car has a 516" Chevy and leaves hard off a trans brake. We both have had enough of bracket racing and are getting on the nostalgia train. We are restoring a 1955 Chevy gasser (great story dating back to 1968) with the motor and trans from the LeMans and will be running anywhere we can with that. And now i have a FED project. I will start a thread with pics from the build shortly. Brian

welcome from Grand Rapids Mi, i have a 56 gasser i am working on, and hope to run at some Nostalgia events this summer, maybe we will run into one another. I was just at Mid Michigan Motorplex this last weekend for their opener, the racing is officially under way!!
