What time is this shindig going on till?

 

Clouds are breaking up.. high of 71 today. Scattered Rain forecast in the PM.
I had to wear my sun glasses on the first trip out today.

Will See ya in a bit BB. Needing some parts and encouragement. (aww the shiny cars all turn me on)

 

We left early, all kinds of cars going into the meet. Late sleepers I guess??

I got a pair of early eldebrock valve covers and my wife bought a tiny radio flyer wagon. I could have emptied the check book, there was bargains.

WE took about 50 or so poor quality pictures.. a video camera.. but... you got a few here of the ones I liked.. probably 35-40 or so cars there in the shows. About that many vendors or more.

 

great show. great swap meet. Got some junk I didn't need and one thing I did. Did not find the ONE thing I really needed and went for but that is the thrill of the hunt.

 

So for the guys that went last year is the swap meet worth driving from Nashville, TN? I like good deals and general hot rod stuff. Thanks

 

I remember a drag strip in Dalton back in the 1950's. Is it still open or what?
