53 f800 4x4

New to forum. Looking for a 317 motor or anything that will easily go in with little to no modification. Anyone know if any diesel will fit in and mate with original tranny? Being a 4x4 I would like not to have to move all the running gear around to change motor and tranny. Any and all suggestions welcome.

I have a 332 from a 1963 F700 with air compressor. I watched this motor run in the truck before it was pulled. Direct fit to your bellhousing.
