    larry,

so sorry for your loss of a good friend. as many have said, real friends come along so seldom in a lifetime that we've got to cherish the ones we have.

I have a local friend who has a large collection of restored early Ts and some hotrods, he has a hand made sign on the wall that reads...

"We are caretakers for a short while of things from the past"

Sad but true...cherish your friends and family for we/they are only here for a brief moment, sorry for your loss. I did searches for his page but can't find it?

Getting old is tough. My father in law said to me many times ( the hardest thing about getting old is losing your friends) I'm sorry to hear about your friend sounds like he was a good man.

Didn't know the man, but something tells me I'd have liked him! That's a sweet photographic timeline of a long loved car & it's proud owner!

I have a friend in Bakersfield, who is often known to quote the words.
A good friend is a gift to yourself.
Always saddens me when another rodder passes, whether I know them or not.
Condolences to you Larry, his family and those who knew him, also good to know his car will remain with the family.
    Some things truly are priceless.

Sorry to read of the loss of your friend. May he rest well knowing that the machines he created are still bringing joy to those who picked up where he left off. My condolences to his friends and family. R.I.P.

There are alot of guys like this that I've never met, but, they are my heros just the same. I love to see pictures of the founders of our hobby in the 40's & 50's building stuff that will be "cool" till the end of time.
