Sorry lol...sick all last week, I was one with the couch.....But even sick I still got a few things done. The mill is ready to drop in, went to chris's carb shop here in Dayton and picked up a rebuilt edelbrock 600 and '67 corvette intake, popped all that stuff on and bolted everything else to the engine...The big news is that I'm picking the 34 up from the rod shop this saturday; after I get it home, the mill will go into it asap then off to the muffler shop to get all the pipes hung on the chassis. (that way he doesnt have to mess up a painted frame by welding stuff to it) Pictures to come, but here is the engine:

all the fabrication is done. Time to tear down...paint, and assemble. Goal is to haul my parts to the springfield swap meet in it.

That Big Rod Monogram is sweet!!

But I'm more partial to drivable early Fords. :D That motor is clean.

Gotta love someone who accomplishes this in a two-car garage.

It doesnt really take a whole lot of room to build a pre 40 Ford. I know people who do more in a one car garage.

thanks, thats some good stuff, the brush strokes flatten out for the most part and your left with a finish that doesnt look half bad, painted a few other frames with it...seems to be pretty durable too.
