thanks for the pics. I was there last year with my 2 sons. good times

  2. That blue '32 roadster in the second picture is KILLER! That car is perfection. Color, stance, wheels, body mods.......beeeeeautiful!!

I might be mistaken, but I think that's Roy Brizio standing with his back to the camera. Maybe it's from his shop?

Yes, It's a Brizio built car for Tom Gloy.

Thanks for the pictures. One more reason to hate the fact that I don't live in SoCal.

Thanks for the excellent pics. It is nice to see more "realistic" roadsters (still with an AMAZING level of planning, detail and workmanship) being considered for the AMBR. Any of the first three shown - including the "raw" roadster behind the blue one - would get MY vote. Thanks again; wish I was there again this year.

If Pete put front and center, I believe it is, It's a super build!;)

That 32 that Roy is standing next to is sweeeeet! Really take a look at that front end-grille shell-can u say sliced n diced? I believe that color is intentional to be about as near to the Niekamp as possible, It has the right stance, overall look and could be a pretty great contender.

I am biased though as the Keith Christopher 28 Black A-Bone is wearing our Cyclone 24 Studs. Engine by Tardel :D. I hope that a super traditional car can bring this show back to the ground where it belongs, not in the stratosphere where is has been since 1988.

if anyone gets a chance -- would love to see more pictures of the silver Pedalcar '32 B'ville Roadster in the kids area.

I wish I was at the show this year -- looks like some great cars are being shown! (and that look like they could be actually driven) I like the fact the cars are the focus and not the elaborate displays with blinking lights and bling that was prevalent a few years ago...

Why did they have to paint Sylvester on the little maroon roadster with molded sides? It would've been perfect with out that.

I'm with you on that one. But after they remodeled the arena you just can't fit that many cars in there. They ran the show from the San Francisco Cow Palace and I heard they lost money every year. Pomona makes sense to me, So Cal is the Mecca of Hot Rodding.

Yeah, the last year at the Cow Palace definitely wasn't nearly what this year is looking like! One day I'll make it down there.
