33 Ford Pickup cab complete and rust free, with V8 hood and truck grill. Has a few small dents in the doors but beaded body lines are perfect. It's missing a speedometer and seat and that's it. Still has gas pedal, steering column, wiper arm and motor. Glass is there but needs replacing anyway, but handles cranks all work great and all there. Let me know what you guys think.

  2. Solid left door alone can bring $1500. I wouldn't turn that loose for less than $2500 -

  3. Value goes up depending on the amount of gas in the tank ... had a Tempo that doubled in value after every fill up.

I would have thrown in the 2 extra fried chickens but it's only the cab and doors. ;)

Well got everything but a speedometer for $1,000. Also got a V8 hood, grill and he gave me a 32 Ford pickup box with tailgate that was turned into a trailer with the spoke wheels that came off the truck. I think I came out well and now I can still afford a chicken meal!

  18. The gas tank is the most valuble thing on a Tempo! :D

  19. You did good, son. I paid three times that for a pile of rust that needed everything but the upper half replaced. If you are not going to go with fenders and hood, put it on a 32 frame, they are easier and cheaper to deal with than the 33-34 in my opinion.

  20. Everything for $1000.
    Are you kidding me?
    That's a steal of a deal !
    Congrats !

Yeah I'm going with 32 rails, shortening the bed and going fenderless. I got it all planned out already just gotta find the rest!
