Thanks! It's back down at J & V getting a few more changes before the GNRS. Way better looking in person. We gotta get together so you can see it up close.

I've also heard of some nice traditional hot rods that will be in attendance. Glad to see there's still love for this show....it's got way too much history to let it fall by the wayside.

Are those the rims I had on it ? If so I have the 5th one in my garage under a work bench . Might look good with a spare tire wrapped around it .

There were some pretty good old parts on that car when I was down with it , I don't know what the people did between me and you , but I hope not too much got tossed ! I see the grill is still in there . . . call me about the rim if you want . It's a little dusty but should clean up nice .

 

The rims are new. I still have the old ones. They are a little pitted from before I owned it. I think that the only things not on it are the blue interior lights and the dummy spots are on the Merc. I think Joe is making a tube grill for the back. I totally want the 5th wheel. I got a pretty busy time between now and the GNRS, but I'll call you when I'm free or stop by the shop and hang out.

 

Should be fun. I haven't been to Sacramento in a long time. Still trying to convince my dad to bring up his '39 for the Suede Palace. Is there still room?

 

Coming all the way from the middle of Pennsylvania. My girl was cool enough to let me schedule our vacation to California around this show.
