Since most of you love dogs as much as I do, here's a little snapshot from my shop party, to entertain you. The shop is a funnier place, when Otto and Oskar are around.
I had a similar experience with 2 cats. One, Tabatha, had her own cardboard box upon which she would lay while i toiled. The other, the patriarch, Herc, would have to get between me and whatever it was i was doing. He especially enjoyed working on the interior. They are both, today, memorialized on each of the quarter windows, etched there to ride along. And the car is called "Tab's Ride"!
I understand completely. My dog is always in the shop when I'm working, he likes it almost as much as going for a ride and he's great company. Cliff Ramsdell

The seat's must be a pretty early renovation, done somewhere in the states. Source unknown. It still has the original fishbone underneath and it looks like it wasn't done for renewing but for custom looks. It is a ruby red leatherette and a black and white cock's treadle vinyl which turned yellow.
Great stuff ! I have rent a pets, I get to enjoy my pals pets when at their digs! Then go on home and the owners take care of my animal friends. They have some great dogs and our offical group cat Fred hangs out with us when he needs a little attention. Yes, foks, rent a pets, can't beat'em. ~sololobo~
Your dogs are cute.. I have 3 dogs, 4 cats and we foster both dogs and cats.. Your model A is going to be cool.. I love chopped A coupes.......
Sorry Jick and Tb33, guess I got you wrong. Besides my little seat cover elaboration and what's the cover made of, the Wohle seat is originally out of an A. Don't know the year. Cheers.
We had 2 Goldens, lost our Maggie right before Thanksgiving, (cancer). She used to lay on a blanket in front of the 29 while I was working on it. I haven't been in the shop to wet sand the car since, my other Golden (Cooper) misses her to. They are GREAT friends that ask nothing more then to be with you. I wish my dog would hang out with me in the garage. I think she doesn't like the noise I make out there. She is spoiled.
Man, I love the coupe. Clutch is the "Shop Foreman" He is a 96lb. Boxer/Bull Mastiff. He's totally happy in the garage. Killer... the Boston Terrier has NO IDEA he weighs 15lbs. He thinks he is HUGE...!
