The fiberglass on the front wheels wells and the massive cuts around the headlights lead me to believe this was a do it yourselfer that has no concept of how to actually do body work and things you should never do.

But a front clip and some body work to change the rear window from 87 T-bird to something more appealing really wouldn't be too hard at this point...
