Very glad no one was seriously hurt. Was this on the offramp by the Mooneyes X-mas? I heard from some buddies who drove by it and said it was a roadster. We could see the mass of lights from the show early in the morning.
Great to hear Aaron is ok! As much as you may be hurtin' right about now, luck was truely on your side buddy, get well soon! Keith, real sorry to see your roadster like this. Dave
What I was told and those guys can correct me in wrong... Aaron was exiting and lost the breaks.. The only way he could go without smashing into the club was through an intersection where he was hit on rear quarter.. Like stated earlier the belts ripped out of the weld... I hate hearing about any of my friends getting in accidents and I'm glad Aaron is still with us..and I'm sorry for my little buddy Keiths roadster can be fixed but people can't be replace.. Thank god for protecting Aaron Keith like I said yesterday.. Please let me know if I can help in any way..
Vern told us about it at the show. Sounded much worse that it turned out to be. If that's possible. Glad to hear that Aaron is gonna be okay. Already lost one guy in a Roadster this year...Somebody was definately looking out for him.
This is definitely every one of us worst nightmare! My heart goes out to everyone involved. Such a blessing to hear that Aaron is OK.
Man, looks like the other car hit the tire...lucky it was not the door! I hope Aaron is truly OK and hope Weesner can get the lil roadster back together
Glad to hear he's not badly hurt. Metal can be straightened, but hopefully the Gods continue to protect children & hot rodders!
UUUGH on so many levels. Glad he's ok. Could have been much worse. Still scary as hell...and very sad about the car.
Just talked to Aaron and he's doing fine. They only found cracked ribs and bruises, he's really lucky it wasn't worse....
Speedy recovery wishes. Glad Aaron is doing okay. I can't imagine banging up a buddies ride that like... mechanical failure or not theres gotta be some heavy emotions. We all know these are more than "just a car" but it also can be fixed and rebuilt. Thank whatever diety you believe in that it was not alot worse. Again, best wishes on a speedy recovery.
Like everyone else, I am really glad to hear that he is relatively ok. Our little hot rods sure are small compared to almost everything on the road and whenever something goes wrong we are pretty vulnerable. Best wishes for a speedy recovery. Don
