Calling it early tonight.... Need to rest for the marathon next week.... Johnny gets here Friday so that will be cool....

Mark ford got the rear situated and we got it Test fit.... Seems we need to move the crossmember back a couple inches....but the old chrome banjo is going to be right at home!

 

Set the edmunds intake and old chrome valve covers on for good measure.... Pretty neat.....

I hope the intake fits... They had a j2 intake that I thought they modified to fit.... But they may have milled the heads.... I'll figure it out later.... Need to go home and reflect.......

 

Can you come work on my car? I have beer.....

I had the pleasure of meeting Tuck last year when he was on his way back home from delivering that truck, and I got to see the pictures of the Ranchero plowing snow! He and Kevin and I hung out in my shop that night shooting the shit. Good times! It will be neat to see it in person next week. I can hardly contain myself!

Should run... post a video of it firing up... would've been great for Tuck to add the commentary for the moment it fires!

 

I'm looking forward to checking this thing out next week, did the Edmunds intake not fit? It looks killer with all the old chrome, I have some chromed early Ford wheels that would look good on that thing.
