  1. That's a really great picture. Looks like the car is meant to belong there!

My mom told me that I'm allowed to tell you that I'm not overly protected... :p

I'd like to find one of those up here in the northwest! Those tail light bezels would be nice to have, starchief ones are kinda rare. Scooter, if you need some headlight rings Im going custom with my pontiac and you can have my stockers. They arn't perfect but looked good on my patina style ride.

Ok so it's VA not WVA :D Poor saps in VA. No way to protect their wallets.

Ontario too ? Tell me it isn't so. That's ok as I have very little desire to move back to Ontario. Lived in Petawawa, Barrie and Picton when I was a kid.

Love Ontario, but love the west of Canada and the south of the US more.

Brad, as I recall, a newbie posted this pic a couple of years ago when I started the thread,
"Old Time Junk Yard Photos PIX 1920 to 1970." All he'd say was that he'd run across it while
exploring his grandpa's property. When I asked him for a little more info, he said, well maybe
it was actually on a neighbor's property. Then no more info:(, and I've never seen him post on
the HAMB again. So, unfortunately, the mystery of the '33/4 Chevy coupe remains just that.
At least there's this beautiful photo:cool:, one of my all-time faves, and I am a junkyard junkie,
going back over 50 years! :D

Nice pics. Love those heart break photos.
When will we get New Mexico from Mexico?
I had to go through Utah and Colorado and Oklahoma to get a car in El Paso.
I dont go to ferrin countries.

the Pontiac looks like it's on private property, not on rairoad property. I base this guess on 43 years as a railroad claim agent

  7. Guy takes his girl for a ride and wonders off road to watch the train races.
Girl loses her virtue, and guy loses his ride because its stuck up to the axles.
The only tow truck in town belongs to the girls father.
He cant explain to him why he got his daughter home late and why his car is stuck where it is.
Easier to get another car than take a thumping with a tire iron from a tow truck driver.

    Great photo.

Nice junkyard. Looks pretty dry, too, which is doubly nice. Seems like all the cool stuff in Michigan yards is always sunk up to the rockers in mud.
