A couple of pictures of my 28 roadster. All gennie Ford. Nothing newer then 1948.

Started with a roadster body with the quarters cut out to the belt line and a original deuce frame all for $400. The quarters are Brookville, only after market peices. That was 10 yrs ago. Been collecting gennie stuff since. Love the hunt.

I worked on this car for awhile while it was at the shop I work at. I did the firewall in this car. Thom wanted a spoon gas pedal. What I did was used a piece out of a '34 firewall where the pedal mounts and moved everything around to fit it. There is no metal in that firewall newer than '34

 

The first pic I was finishing folding the bottom of the quarters over the subrails I just thought it was a cool pic. When I started working on the car the frame was already pinched but it did not fit the body properly or I guess the way we wanted it to. So I cut the top and bottom of both frame rails every 2 inches and pushed them around to where they belonged and welded it back up

 

I made this tranny hump for it too

 

I made new subrails in the back to fit the deuce frame. I also made the piece to cover the A spring. I cut the '39 tail lights in too

 

here it is the day it left our shop. I hope Thom brings it back soon. It is one of my favorite cars to work on and one of my favorite customers to work for

Hey kellan thanks for posting more pics of dads car, we need to school him on how to post his. He has pics from the day he stuffed it all into the back of his pickup.
