Just aquired my first project, its a 1950 Dodge Wayfarer. The car is complete and am currentley working out a few kinks (2 stuck valves) I dont think the car has been run since the mid 80s (3 gallons of varnish in the tank) Discovered that this partictular car required no oil filtration (oil ports pluged in block) The filter was in place and the lines were gone. Makes you wonder how that came to be or the thought process behind it??? Any way, most of you have been down this path and its what makes it interesting. This forum has been a great help.
