Carb fire clean up

    After cleaning the carb I decided my engine needed a little deeper cleaning
    Here is the progress.

    Looks good! I've heard that type of fan flattens out at higher RPM's, and actually blocks more air that it lets through. Does it work OK for you?

    I'm not sure I've always Had 2 fans on the car since I bought it and I don't know why. Some people say one is not needed and others say leave as is. Probably a source for my next question.

    So Now that I've taken the motor this far in my clean, up quest Let's discus the fan. Do I need a two fan set up such as the one I have now, a single fan or one of the i piece double fans?

  7. I would suggest getting rid of the flex aluminum fan and the electric fan and replace them with a good quality multi blade steel fan and if cash allows add a zips riser to move the fan up a couple of inches to the middle of the radiator. HRP
