Since you asked......that was an old BMW based one off custom sports car.....part of the Hartung Collection......being sold in November in Chicago by R-M Auctions.......it is called the *Veritas*......

Megan works for R-M and was representin' in the display tent!

    And now you know.....

Banjo.......yes, you have the location correct......what used to be the golf course is now the Show Grounds for the Saturday judging.....

The race cars ran on the track on Friday, but on Saturday morning they were not run......towed or pushed onto the grounds through a gap in the back fence......I missed them running.......I would have gotten video of the Ferguson, Shinoda, and Evans cars especially! Love those old hot rods...

Ahhhhhhhh......Greetings, Fleetmaster.....any friend of Stewart's is a friend of mine.......glad you mentioned him....I have enjoyed a great correspondence with him for more than a couple of years.......a real gentleman and a man after my own heart with his flathead racer! (Not to mention all of the other cars)

I'd love to have all of that space that he has on his *farm*....

Give my best regards to Stewart next time you see him.....

Thanks Bruce, you never fail to bring great coverage to the HAMB. Haven't been to Hershey in years but your pictures just might make me do a return trip next year.

WOW! Thanks Bruce, great shots you sir have an eye for fine automobiles, thanks for letting everyone relive Hershey 2011. This OFFY Midget belongs to HAMBer Doug Post, as far as I know it is the only car that raced and won in the Hershey Stadium back in the day. Bet it felt right at home on the Friday startup. CB: Great pictures; surely capture the complete energy of Hershey! Thank you very much for the pics and the feeling of being there. You have a good eye for the widely mixed bag of Hershey!

One of the best things my girl and I like to do is to get to the entrance to the show car field, (before dawn, if possible,) on Saturday morning, and watch the cars coming in. I’m envious that you did that, but found your sunrise action pics an excellent substitute for being there this year. Thanks again!! GA

Thanks for the great shots! You included my favorite vehicle there, the root beer float wagon.

" I 've often heard you will see any kind of car you are interested in..." Well, at Hershey you will see a lot of whatever you are interested in, in the show, wild in the fleamarket, and in the car corral...but the really great thing is that by the time you leave you will find that you are now interested in several things that you did not know even existed until you bumped into them!

Bruce......I* looked for you twice at RWG15.......did you have that space wrong? A guy there said he had from RWG 11-19.....?????? So sorry that I never bumped into you.....would have enjoyed seeing you very much........of course, then I probably would have put your picture here on the HAMB and then everyone would know what *The Mysterious Ford Expert from The East* looks like!

    What happened?

    The *other* Bruce
