Event Coverage Long Beach Motorama Krazyness!!!

Flew out from Florida today with Mike Jacox (Thekid49) and Harold Murphy, owner of the El Matador. Harold is being inducted into the Wall of Legends on Saturday. Arrived at the Hyatt around 5 checked in then walked over to the show to see the lay of the land. We ran into show promoter Trace Edwards and after some cool conversation, we walked the isles and saw some amazing customs being set up and more pulling in. Can't wait to see the show all spit shined and ready for the public tomorrow. From the looks of it already it is going to be a great show. Here are some pre-show pics. Enjoy!

This Chevy Truck was put together by Cody Wentz, Darryl Starbird's grandson ! He built it at Darryl's shop in Oklahoma and showed it at the KKOA Lead Sled in Salina this year.

He's a really nice, cool young builder with great ideas and a good future ahead of him.

Here's a great shot of Harold Murphy seeing his casting at the Wall of Legends for the first time. Expressions don't get any more raw than that. Congrats Murph!

thanks for the pictures.. i really dig the paint jobs that look like they have random stars flashing.. i saw some other photos and i thought it was just the camera flash or lighting but i see its the paint.. crazy.. is it just really large flakes?
