im new here and here is my 1964 corvair!

    Very nice car. Back in the mid-70's, a friend of mine had one that he would run occasionally. There was a place in Mass. that had parts at the time, but I forget the details. The owner did have a turbocharged one he used. My friend wanted to get one similar. Never did find out if he did.

    The last one of those I saw running was two or three years ago on the highway. Two guys in it, doing 75-80 or more. The car didn't look like it had fuctioning shock absorbers on it, was bouncing all over the highway. The two must have been crazy.
