Lookin' great Brucie! I'm so glad to see something happening with this car, and it should be a more comfortable driver than the coupe. I still say slam it! :)

47 posts and no good comments about Upholstery guys. They aren`t all bad guys. Gotta love those Vickys.

Went for the *Big Bucks*..........WALKER in there.......with a mechanical stainless steel five blade fan.........seems to cool it very adequately, even just sitting there idling....

    Thank you, Muttley.........

Everybody knows that I am real diehard flathead aficionado, but this car had already had a 283 installed back about 1961, from what I am told........ so the motor mounts and transmission adapter were already there......so I sold the old Vette motor and I had a nice 350 built fresh...... I built this car to be as they often were in the mid '50's when lots of guys installed the SBC into shoebox Fords........I know because I was there....... This engine will have a lot less stress pushing this heavy car along the highways.......I wanted cruisin' power......and this ought to give it to me.....

And, hey, guess what? My upholstery guy called me twice today to verify how I want several of the interior panels done........so I am sure he's working on them now that we almost had a real blowout about it........I think he got the message that I am now in a hurry....
