I need help,I just bought a 54' chrysler newyorker with a hemi for my a model,It has no front wheels on it,Does anyone know what bolt pattern they are? They look like ford/plymouth 4 1/2" but I did not measure the drums yesterday,The car is 75 miles from home,so I need to know the bolt pattern to get wheels rounded up & go back to pick it up this weekend.

  2. I checked in my hollander manual. If you have a wagon or limo or if your Chrysler sedan has an 8 cylinder engine, it's gonna be 5 on 5.5" ....if you have a 6 cylinder car or an 8 cylinder car that's not a sedan, it says you'll need a 5 on 4.5" wheel.

Don't forget to take lug bolts with you because they didn't start to use lug nuts until 55. Hubs are threaded for bolts unless somebody's put 55 and later hubs on the car..

    Wasn't one side reverse-thread too?
