im new to the hamb even though i made my account a while ago i just have been putting off posting pics of my build....... so here they are... its a 52 buick i have been working on for about 4 months. this is my first chop so it was definately a learning experience but ive had a great time doing it. its in bondo right now but havent loaded the most recent pictures yet. check out the pics let me know what you think
I think in the 3rd pic your using my patented "use belly as 3rd hand" stance haha Looks as though you guys are doing great. How much did you take off front/back?
This thing is lookin sick! We've shaved the doors, mouldings, wipers, taillights, hood and deck lid emblems, and drip rails replaced with round rod. We also welded the headlight rings to the fenders as well as a bunch of patch panels. The b-pillars have been chopped at the base of the "windows", the doors have been capped, along with the chop, the rear window was replaced with a business coupe rear window. I'm sure more has been done but I can't remember.
Here it is now in primer and green guide coat. 12v conversion and rewire almost done. Good enough to make it around the block.
Nice photos, but posted in wrong forum page....should be on main board where you will get more exposure This forum is for INTRODUCTIONS...not build threads
ha shows how much i do this shit probably should throw something on the main board i would also like to thank my good friend deflaytedwayz for posting pics for me since i am technically challenged
