Wow. Looks like a great year for the show. I couldn't begin to describe some of those cars. Is that the same El Camino that was green before? It had a stock top, then the owner decided to chop it.. And now it's orange? I can't remember the owner's name but he really is proving you can improve upon perfection. He's done it twice already.

No sir, Richie Valles' green El Camino was there, but that wasn't it. That El Camino belongs to a local guy here Paul Cepeda. You may have seen photos of it chopped in a champagne color. I believe it has won many awards, even in it's previous paint scheme.. Both vehicles are very impressive....

 

The paint on all those cars is unbelieveable wish I was there to see them . Rob.

Thanks for posting all the great photo's. My condolences for the loss of your friend. Many of us have lost friends and at our age way to often.Its the part of life we dont like but have to accept and it sucks big time. Your trip looks like another successfull venture and I always enjoy your pictures and humor. We have about a 100 mile cruise this weekend to the Billet Proof event in Giddings so we are looking forward to seeing many old friends and lay back a day or so and enjoy the moment. Again thanks for the pictures.

Cool shot Russ! I see Emily and I sitting and talking in the background. I was just thinking about the time I spent with her this weekend and in particular the conversation we were having right when you when you took this photo. Wierd to see this!

It was such a sureal weekend thinking about Eric being gone. I am so greatful for the friends and family I have.
