Since I live in town, I'll be there with both, the '40 coupe and the '37 sedan.

 

Im going. 2004 Dodge riding with my dad. None of our cars are done

I can't make it to Sedalia this weekend, but I would really like to have a recap on my blog (see it in my signature). Mainly just because there are a lot of people in Kansas City that read these stories, and I think they'd think it was interesting.

Is there anyone who would be willing to e-mail me pictures that I could include in a slideshow? I can't pay you, but I'd certainly give you credit. I've done this before on a few things that I couldn't make it to, and it works out OK.

I'll try to be better about taking pictures. I was pissed last year, since they changed the event, allowing cars up to 30 years old to be entered. I'll have what pic's I take posted on StreetRodder.Net, and you are free to use them.

 

Looking forward to seeing it in person! I kinda like '40 coupes!

 

The Junk Brothers will be there. We'll be in my black 57' Chevy pickup. I can't post a pic but it's satin black with American Racing Daisy wheels. It has "Junk Brothers" door art. I'll be going over Friday morning. Wz. will get there mid-afternoon on Friday. We'll be cruzing the fairgrounds. If any of you see us, please stop and visit. Just spent an hour and a half in our tornado shelter at work. I need to relax. Sam

Hell, I just took one of it last week!

 

Most of our gang from NWA will be there about 9:00 at registration friday.
I've aired up the tires on the Burb(raised it a 1/8"),installed a new sound system,put a new screwdriver in my toolbox (I'll tell that story later)and stocked up on jelly beans (travel food).lol. Come by and set a spell.

 

I will be there in 47 Chevy pu.

 

Cory is the guy with the pictures for this event. I caught him taking pictures through the viewfinder of an old Kodak camera and they turned out pretty cool!

Me, on the other hand...I only took pictures of about a half a dozen cars.

 

Well;If you where there you saw me cruzin around making lots of noise but not moving very fast.There were 2100 + cars of all makes and models,some cool ,some shouldn't have been there.Had fun though.

 

We had a good time. I took a little nap during the hard rain on Friday. There were alot of cars and alot of spectators. Got to visit with friends. Have there been any posts with pictures? Sam

 

Enjoyed the show,still mainly older street rods, pre 48,this is good. Something for everybody.
