  9. I love it! Great wheels & tires, front spring hangers, engine choice, indunction, and paint combination!

One MINOR nit- will you use the stock radio or replace it with a radio delete plate?

I love the "California Flash" paint scheme. Ours will be loosely based on the "Color Me Gone" paint which will be sprayed in the next few weeks once we fire the motor.

It would be a killer line-up for us to race each other. Too bad about the gap.

That's the look that made me fall in love with that style of car back in '64 when I was a teenager! It just screams radical, even sitting still! Can't wait to see the finished car!

  20. I LOVE it!

Will you add some period-correct lettering?
Maybe bring it to the Jalopyrama in Annapolis in October??

    schweeeeeet. i'm so jealous.

fastest car i ever had was a 64 sport fury with the drivetrain from a 68 GTX (440/4-sp). that was over 40 years ago. sure wish i had it back. sure wish i'd have made an awb drag car out of it.

i caught the 727 tranny info & 9" rear, but darned if i can find what your engine is. where did i miss that?

    awb mopars are so cool.

Man I can smell burnt rubber just looking at this thing. Post a video of it so we can hear it at idle. I'd bet it's mean, wicked and nasty.

  28. very nice i had a 64 ply before i built the 65 in the avatar all those 62-65 cars just make such natural race cars coming from someone who has driven alloy of these be careful at first until you get used to it they can be handful at times
