I know there's not alot of it left , but , I gave the guy $50.00 for it to keep it from going to the scrapper , anyone need anything off of it? , want it for my money back? , I know someone out there wants that sheet metal for the back glass , mabye the front fenders?
jeez looks pretty beat up but you will get some decent patches etc off it. better to be used it fix up someones project than to be crushed and for 50 bucks you cant go wrong. good score
I think its a late 30's or early '40's ford , can anyone put a year on it? , I personally think it's a '40...
Hood top along is worth more than 50. Not counting the grill, dr. door front bumper, bumper brackets, dash parts garnish moldings. Assuming it has those interior parts. I say you did good. Put a listing in the classifieds. -Danny Sent from the best app on the web.
I remeber when I was a kid camping in WV around Romney,Elkins, and the sinks there use to be old tin everywhere. We use play in it and on it the old folks who had never cared they thought it was funny.Don't see that stuff as much anymore alot of it was just taken away or rusted away.
Nice save buddy.....its like taking in that puppy no one wants and finding it a home! There is something to be said about old original iron....its getting so scarce these days its neat to see something like that that may end up helping a few with the parts they need. If those parts could talk Im sure we would hear some great stories.
I gave a set of headers and a plate of wings for this last weekend... Looks a lot better than it was... Took 3 good wacks with a hammer, and the body landed flat just like it's younger cousin above. A battery must have sat on the front axle and broke, it was rusted clean through in the middle, the frame rail on the drivers side was MIA, most of the nuts were flaking off the bolts. It wasn't saved except for the parts you would need to extend the roof for a chop of another, and some of the suspension, and 2 wheels*. what was left was cut up (or it fell apart) and fit in a 4'x6' trailer. * All will be for sale when I clean them up...
Does it run/drive? If it does, I'll give ya 50 bucks for it! LOL Does look like it has some usable parts on it though.
It's still out there in the hollers of W.Va. but you need to get back into "Deliverence" territory. There is a 50 Ford Woody 8-9 miles from where I live but it would be near impossible to get out without a Chinook helicopter.
Hey, it's not so bad! Just needs a little bit pf body work and a good buffing out and a coat or wax.... Mart3406 =================

Edit: Initially appeared to be the Club Coupe that is the larger Club Coupe, the one with a back seat, a pretty rare car. Here is what it looks like when it is all together: Here is that car above: http://www.memorylaneclassiccars.com/37fordclub/1937_ford_club_coupe.htm it was really hard to tell the scale of the size of the rear window, here is another picture of the rear of a humpback sedan, the rear window appears to be longer than the front door window: The angle of the rear area in the original pictures were difficult to determine which it was ...
