Louvers!!! How much should I be paying?

    lay out/ set up charge is around $65 and you should pay $1 for each Louver.

    2.00 per hole here. I do charge extra for bracing removal and replacement, stripping, stuff like that. I never have charged a set up fee though... Probably should look into that! I'm laying out a customers side panels for the third time as I write this - It's got to be perfect before I'll punch it!

    The guy I use that stamps the 3 inch dry lakes style louver gets $3 a punch. Got a little stiff when I did a car with about 500 louvers. I dam sure have Rootlieb stamp the sides whenever I order a hood!

    For an intercontinental perspective..I charge $4.00 per louver on clean steel, that includes layout, and design if needed. the only other guy I know who advertises doing louvers in Melbourne charges $7.00 per! so Im starting to get a good flow of jobs!!

    P.S. one Australian dollar bought 1.04 us dollars yesterday.
