1950 chevy, deluxe or fleetline???

I'm thinking about getting this but i'm not sure if its a deluxe or fleetline. it does not matter because either way i like it. but i wanted to be certain what it was. this is the only picture i have as of right now.

Fleetline OR deluxe are not your 2 chioces since there are Fleetline Deluxe cars. as well as Fleetline Specials.

Fleetline is the fastback style as you have in your photo. the other style is the Styline. both are available in Deluxe and Special.

Fleetline is the fastback body style (which it is).

DeLuxe was an option package, which was also offered for the Fleetline body style. A distinguishing feature of the Deluxe package was the use of stainless trim around the windows (including windshield and rear window). There was also a belt-line spear.

All 1949 to 52 fastbacks, 2 and 4 door models are Fleetlines (no 4 door model in 52)

 

No Fleetlines in 52 at all. 49-51 only, in that body style anyway

 

Chevrolet made 37,000 Fleetlines in 52. all were the deluxe model.

 

I have one of those 37,000.
