Who drove the blue, orange and white Mod? It looks like its painting similar to Lennie Ponds 1978 Grand National Winn Ink ride? Nice looking machine!

Here are my 2 photos of Corky Cookman. Corky in the Fable 5 was taken at Reading back in 71 or 72 (a Red Kirsch photo) and the 04 was snapped at the Race of Champions at Pocono iaround 84 or 85. Hopefully I attached them...

Think another of Ray Brown's stock cars was shown on an older post, was running out of a gas station in Elmsford. Think it's still in the woods. Didn't hear about Ray until later in his career, he was pretty well known, (and respected) around Hawthorne, NY for his midget prowess. Bet he ran as well in stocks.

That was Billy Layda. It was identical to Lennie Ponds paint job.

In the second photo, I don't think it's the famous Joe in that car .. rather a very, very young Rene Charland !!!!! ;)

The child in the 7-11 is Little Joe Holley from Birmingham Alabama. His father was the driver of the 7 11. The young Joe drove some hobby type cars in the early 70s.The photo was taken around 1949 to 1950.. .Note the roll bar.. It is a Bed Stead.

I could be wrong, but I seem to recall that was a picture taken at Martinsville, and published in an old issue of 'Stock Car Racing' magazine.

These look like the Watkins Glen Carlings race in 1975? If so they ran a double header with the late models won by Joe Ruttman. Would you happen to have any photos from that event? I think Bob Senneker ran second. Any help would be appreciated!

Sorry my response was for photos in post #8684
