  3. Ok Loveland sounds good,
Actually we aren't 100% set on Boulder (In fact my wife has never been....) my company is currently located in Boulder but probably moving to Superior and closer to Denver.

So happy for any recommendations on places to buy houses/move to where I can still get a good sized workshop in with the house (I've just built a 24x24 here just as the workshop!... dohh)

A friend of my Dad's owns an engine machine shop in Brighton CO (Engine Rebuilders of Northglenn- Hemi specialists). Pretty spacious out there.

Yep. As NoSurf says; Brighton, Johnstown, Ft Lupton, etc. There's just too much real estate within 50 miles of Boulder/Superior to recommend anything. If you're more for semi-rural stay east of I-25(the north-south Inerstate Highway and north of E-470(the green tollroad on the map. You could spend years house-hunting there.

It's going to be more problems than you could ever imagine tons of US Customs paperwork duty fee's etc. etc.

I have helped guys out before on this . The only way to do it is you re-register and ship it freight paid and import fees paid in my name to Port New York, let me know the arrival date and ship name and number and I'll call you when it gets here, honest I will, honest.

FYI .. youre only 7 hours driving ( thru some very pretty country) from bonneville too.
your rod should be easy to register, but the figaro might be really difficult.
The FEDERAL DOT and customs are first. Hopefully you can make it thru them. Since the Figaro was never sold here, there really isnt any way to retrofit the required federal lights etc, as they were never made.

maybe there is a way to have tourist plates or something, as long as its here for a limited time?

In colorado, the state can issue a new VIN for the car. This is what usually happens to gray market cars to get them into the system.

Custom auto, Pinkees all good shops in northern colorado. The guys at custom do a good job.. welded some magnesium for me.

The cruise in golden is definetly worth it!

Welcome to the front range and enjoy the cheap beer!
