BEAUTIFUL You did an amazing job. Cant wait to see it in color

  2. Great buildup Brian! I had been following this roadster and watching it progress over on the blog.

What class are you planning on competing in at the GNRS with the roadster? As always the HAMB is putting out some great cars this year to compete on the National level. Best of luck to you and "The Texas Playboy!"

Now get on with part two!

As per usual for you, very nice!

You just cant beat a "simple" 32 roadster.

I love the stock apearing frame, i have similar ideas for one of my 32 projects, i just hope i can pull it off as good as you did, doubt it but ill try.

    Hi Brian,
In the photo where you show how you braced the rear of the cockpit I see some turnbuckles that lead to the to rear of the door opening. Is this to make the door fit better at the bottom, by pulling the top in?
    Thanks,
    Guy

  10. Perfect. Now i know what the leaked photos of the driveshaft headers were for..funny, ive seen some post paint and chrome bling shots already...:) Killer, as always.

Very nice it must be fun to build a car the way you "WANTED TO" and someone else pay for it.

Yeah I have heard of the turnbuckle thing before but have never seen it in action. What does it do? How do it work?

This is my favorite build in the history of the HAMB, no exaggeration. Bass, your work is an inspiration to everyone on the board.

Constantly amazed by the quality of your work. Everything is top notch regardless of the fact this it is going into an amazing hot rod. Your level of quality and craft is something I strive for in my measly creative metal adventures.

Really like your thought process. Couldn't have started with a better inspiration than the Nitti roadster, one of my all time favs. Really nice work.... and oh those welds!
