Lets see some model A's with White or red insides. My sedan will be going for interior the middle of next month and I'm looking for some inspiration.
I looked for your thread an hour ago because I also would like to see some white interiors.. All I have is red and white pics of a 32 at a show..sorry All red reminds me of a streetrod look, and all white for a 1955-1964 built local autorama show car style??
Heres the seat I made for my A, I ll take a picture of my door panels tomorrow, the interiors not done yet or I would take a complete picture. Its got white stiching and cording. I pretty much built my car around the red nelgahide
Noland, that white piping with the pleats looks old time hotrod. edit; I just spotted the white seats with the red piping...that looks great too.
I am a big fan of using the outside 50's trim on the interior door panels. Those door panels are really sweet Fryguy
There are a few in the hot rod interior thread. There are a couple of pure white with white piping, and a white with black piping...and some red ones. http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=272126 Also: Fryguy, Yes those look like outside door trim. I am going to use some thinner stainless trim from a 37 Ford car hood sides. <TABLE class=tborder style="BORDER-TOP-WIDTH: 0px" cellSpacing=1 cellPadding=6 width="100%" align=center border=0><TBODY><TR><TD class=thead colSpan=2></TD></TR><TR title="Post 6095142" vAlign=top><TD class=alt2 align=middle width=125></TD><TD class=alt1> </TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
