Thought it would be cool to put an old style "gas station" bell in the garage as a "parking valet" instead of hanging a tennis ball on a string or one of those crappy lasers. Anyone know any tips for making one, or where to get one? Don't think it would be much more that rubber hose and a bell??

they are actually pretty cheap. We used them for our car washes. Sorry, but I just can't recall where we bought them.

try a google search for "driveway bell"

make sure you use the right kind of hose. i hooked up a milton bell at my shop and found out that you have to use a specific hose to make it work. i got mine from gates, its called driveway signal hose

As long as your goal is to never sneak in the house that would be cool as hell.
Otherwise, it would be like, "DING! Round 1!"

    Can you tell I'm married?

I looked on ebay, I couldnt find an expensive one. I've got this Ken Tool T-600 that I personaly removed off the wall of an old service station.
