Wow! Those are impressive. I have never seen them before, but certainly have an appreciation for them.

 

Thanks for the link. I'll check it out. I found one other guy who has the lenses for them for sure. The one lens seems to be solid and uncracked, but if I am taking the time to fully restore these before use, I want them looking totally new.

Kookee- yeah, they're pretty rare pieces. I can't remember where, but I saw a pic of a rod with them quite a few years back and have wanted a set since.

 

I sometimes see unusual stuff at the Hershey swap meet. If I find a pair, what is a good price to pay?

 

Couldn't tell ya. These come up so randomly that I can't recall what the last set I saw was.

Found lenses tho. $500.00

 

Last pair I saw for sale was at the LA Roadster Show swap meet in 2009 - asking $450 for the pair in near mint condition. Here's their natural habitat....
