That's right fellas... The Revolution is on! Details are still shady, but the Revolution will be on November 20, 2010 at the Austin Seaholm Power Plant. Pre-48 traditional hot rods only... Pre-registered cars only... More soon... www.hotrodrevolution.com
Ryan, I was actually thinking about getting a flight out there this year, but then i checked my hectic travel schedule calender and i'm at an art show that night at Gasoline Gallery ....bummer it's the same date It would have been fun to go, since all the other HHR, have been a blast and enjoyed them very much, so thanks once again for hosting that up in Norcal! I hope it's a great success and can't wait to see pics and what shows up this year. best wishes, cab
Crazy question: There is about a 30% chance for a roadtrip for this, would you recommend a couple of different hotels/motels that are around a $100 a night that is sorta' close to the Continental Club/Powerplant. Thanks, Chris
I understand The Austin Motel (512-441-1157) is sold out already. You may try The Hotel San Jose(512-444-7322 or 800-574-8897) and if it too spendy( probably gonna be more tha $100/night unless you can get one of therooms w/ shared bath) or full, try The Homestead Suites (512-476-1818).
Never been to one of the revolutions so we have it in the book to be there with a car. Hope to see every one again.
I've tried to email a couple of times for vendor info at the hotrodrevolution website but I am getting no reply back.
Sounds good . I can't seem to get the link to work. Here are a couple pics of the car. does it work for you?
Oooooooh ya! I'm exited. This will be the last cruise before the Olds comes out. After this I'll be out of commision for a while.
Can someone give me the actual address for the sight? I'd like to find a room now. Never mind! I found it. 214 West Ave Austin, TX 78701
I'm bummed that I won't be able to make it this year due to family conflicts, but I do know this: if the previous revolutions are any indicator, this is one show that you do not want to miss. Hands down, the best damn car show around. Period.
Awesome, I just moved to Austin a few months ago and thought I was gonna have to wait some time till the next round up, good thing this came along. Can't wait!
