That is the perfect chop for that car. That is what I want to do to my '49. What are the details of the chop? Sectioned trunk?

 

I really like the way this is going so far. Paint color? Really really nice so far!

Here`s another one of the custom Corvettes built in our shop. It has late model Corvette suspension on the `54 frame, and the rear of the car was widened 6" to allow the rear suspension to fit. Read the magazine article for more information. This another one of my brothers fleet of cars, and he is ready to thin the herd.

And can I just say that I am huge fan of this one? I wanted to buy it when it was up for sale but couldn't swing it. I think this thing can be one of the coolest customs built in a long while if done right. I love it.
