It was seized by the us marshall service in Utah then auctioned off by the government in march of this year Im looking to find out if anyone knows who built it?... trying to find out the history of it. any info would be great. oh and btw its registered as a 1920 ford which we can all clearly see it is not... we can thank the us marshall service for that one .... durh... apparently it sat in this guys collection for 26 years?

Skinny Jeff built that in Jimmy White's driveway. That is the RPU that got me into hotrods...one ride in that and I was ruined forever. Use to be owned by Jason Bennett.

  15. Sweet ride for sure. I'm curious myself.

  16. it was owned by Jeffrey Mowen who is awaiting trial on a multi million dollar Ponzi Fraud scheme, racketeering, and now also being tried for soliciting to commit murder of 4 witnesses.

You can call me at my shop, or e-mail me. Contact info is in the Circle City Hot Rods website. I can tell you all the info you would want to know, Except for the part about the sketchy Ponzi scheme dude?

P.s That car is an original Hot Rod. We found Newspaper in the doors from 1950.

  19. Hey Jimmy, how's the new shop? Do a Google on Jeffrey Mowen, the guy that bought and then had the car seized, F'd up dude. Screwed a lot of people. He plead not guilty, but is trying to Plea bargain out, sounds pretty guilty to me.

Keith, that was a long time ago! Skinny Jeff bought that thing in the mid 90's. It was a pretty neat little car. Its weird to see pic's of that car it really brings back a lot of memories.

The car had a Killer original dropped axle. It was removed and replaced with an aftermarket axle. It doesnt change the fact that it is an original hot rod, if that is what you are implying.
