i never get pulled over in my 62, 3/4 chev but i also drive very conservatively. the last time i did get pulled over, i was in a 93 honda del sol with expired inspection. he was a motorcycle cop and said; "i write tickets!" lol.... but he gave me a break because of my story about the big-gov smog police and the smog inspection con..... when the revolution comes, i'm going to hunt down smog-fucks and use them as mule-team transportation.

Coming home from work last night I roll up into a 4 way stop and there is a traffic cop standing there with his ticket book in hand in the middle of the road.

Not sure what he was doing or looking for but he was still standing in the middle of the intersection as I drove off.

    Best pullover story I've heard:

A woman I worked with drove a 69 Chevelle that she drag raced on the weekends. She was good enough to go to the regionals a couple of times, and definitely knew how to drive the car. She said she was at a stopsign and some friends spotted her and yelled for her to do a burnout. So...she punches it and does a nice smoke show through the intersection. Then the lights came on and she gets pulled over. The cop came over to her window and said "Young lady, do you realize how dangerous that was?" And without skipping a beat she replied "Yes! And I was soooo scared too! My car wouldn't start this morning so I borrowed my brother's car, and I'm not used to driving it..." After a 10 minute lecture on how to let the car warm up properly so it was off the high idle stop, he let her go...

    Brilliant.

They must have done really well with the one because we rolled through the same stop going to dinner last night and they had 2 officers standing in the middle of the intersection holding their ticket books.
